Healthy Meals

We started a few years ago with Vegetarian Lunch, not because we are full vegetarians ourselves, but because we choose the many health benefits by doing so! Meanwhile, we cook a variety of delicious tasting dishes, all with the unique signature of the chef, Gladys M. Croes, that include a wide spectrum of vegetables (equivalent to 2-3 servings per meal) with ½ – 1 cup of whole grain, and occasionally beans!

Under 600 Calories!

Every meal has not more than 600 calories and is well-balanced with fiber, complex carbs (not simple!), protein & good fats. It makes your lunch an excellent basis to either maintain or lose some weight!

Rainbow Colors!

The greatest advantage of our vegetarian cuisine lies in the concept of the rainbow colors. During one week (from Mo-Fr) you will have eaten the basic 6 colors of vegetables – each one holding unique health benefits!
