Dr. Murray's PerfeKt™ Sea Salt is sourced directly from the Dead Sea. It is high in potassium (K), low in sodium (Na) and contains trace amounts of magnesium and calcium making it the "PerfeKt" replacement for table salt. The American Heart Association recommends incorporating more potassium while reducing sodium intake to help maintain proper blood pressure.
